Customer Data Platform ActionIQ has announced a new partnership with data firm Data Axle on identity resolution and enrichment in the B2B space. 

As a result of the partnership, ActionIQ is using business data from Data Axle inside a B2B customer experience hub which unifies customer efforts across an organisation, providing an interface for improved identity resolution. The solution gives customer experience workers access to 300 data attributes for North American businesses, allowing for the creation of predictive models via Action IQ’s applications.

 The partnership will see ActionIQ’s algorithmic-based identity stitching combined with Data Axle’s authoritative-based identity resolution at both the individual and account level. Data Axle’s identity matching capabilities optimises discovery with hygiene and enrichment to ensure the accuracy of insights. That can then be brought into a single interface for behaviour analysis, experience prediction and customer journey orchestration.
