The Khoros digital contact centre solution is now available on the AWS Marketplace.

The move allows businesses to harness the Khoros CCaaS platform together with several highly-regarded AWS services, including Amazon Connect, Lex, Translate, and Transcribe.

In addition, Khoros will join the AWS Independent Software Vendors Accelerate Programme and leverage the support of the AWS Sales teams.

In doing so, Khoros aims to broaden its portfolio of customers by placing its platform on the AWS Marketplace.

Excited by this move, Chris Tranquill, CEO of Khoros, said:

“Customers demand tailored, personalized engagement with brands, and we have the technology that empowers brands to do just that and more.

Khoros strengthened its collaboration with AWS last year by integrating its digital contact centre solution with Amazon Connect.

Yet, the connection goes back further as Khoros was originally built on AWS.

Now, it is a fully-fledged CCaaS solution that offers voice, synchronous chat, and asynchronous messaging in a single unified desktop.

Tranquill also discussed the intent of the Khoros team to further augment the agent experience with AI to drive better outcomes.

Interestingly, this aligns closely with the evolution of Amazon Connect, which Annie Weinberger, Head of Business Applications Product Marketing at AWS, discussed during a recent interview with CX Today.
