Look and feel
At first glance we can immediately see that the Mitel Phone Manager software was built for simplicity and ease of use with each of the available features being clearly visible and easy to access. Contact details are clearly displayed and users can easily navigate through and control their activity/availability in various hunt groups with a few simple mouse clicks. The software also offers a user-friendly toolbar and five programmable soft keys that allow users to easily access their most frequently used call features instantly before, during or after every call.
Mitel Phone Manager is now part of the new MiVoice Applications Suite 5.0.

To do this, users need only to enter their login credentials and set to pop when ringing or answer to display all of the contacts personal details prior to and/or during every call to ensure no time is wasted searching for important customer information. What do we think?
With Mitel the expectation level is always high and, in this case, we were not disappointed. For any companies that are looking for CRM integration solution for their MiVoice Office 250 phone system, Mitel Phone Manager (Professional Edition) pretty much guarantees success.
