Voice authentication platform Pindrop has partnered with Odigo to provide its customers with security and fraud detection solutions.
The deal will see Pindrop’s solutions become available in the Odigo Connect marketplace to enable users to strengthen their contact centre security strategies.
To place its partners’ solutions in the marketplace, Odigo considers the added value they bring to customers, their reliability, and the speed of implementation.

As part of the partnership, Pindrop Protect and Pindrop Passport are now available in the Odigo Connect marketplace.
Pindrop Protect gives insights on each call, including potential risks, analysing over 1,300 features of calls to identify anomalies that may signal fraud.
Meanwhile, Pindrop Passport is a multi-factor authentication solution that authenticates callers while they are naturally engaging with an agent, providing secure account access and maintaining a seamless experience.
