UJET, the world’s first and only CCaaS 3.0 cloud contact centre provider has announced that PlanetOne, the IT channel’s preferred business partner for identifying and delivering cloud-based solutions, has joined the UJET Channel Partner Programme.

UJET’s Chief Operating Officer, Vasili Triant said:

Partners will also be able to access the new UJET Virtual Agent to get proactive, conversational AI which empowers both customers and contact centre agents.
