Sinch, a global leader in cloud communications, today announced a strategic partnership with Adobe to reinvent global marketing engagement with mobile users through one- and two-way campaigns across a broad array of chat messaging applications. The new solution was presented at the Adobe summit.

The collaboration is a sequel to Sinch’s long and successful history of teaming with Adobe and other leading cloud providers. Sinch has delivered its partners quality messaging solutions that create exceptional mobile customer experiences.

Adobe Experience Cloud customers can now interact over conversational messaging channels without having to leave Adobe Journey Optimiser, thanks to the flexibility of Sinch’s underlying omnichannel Conversation API.

Adobe Journey Optimiser combines unified, real-time customer profile, journey orchestration, message authoring, centralised offer decisioning, and artificial intelligence to help brands personalise the customer journey.

With Sinch’s Conversation API brands can easily build and optimize omnichannel customer interactions as it provides 100 percent reach with a single API for multiple channels. This way enterprises can view one profile, maintain conversation context, and add personalised content.
