Zing Earns New Investment from Maven

Maven Capital Partners, commonly known as Maven, is one of the most active private equity managers in the UK. The company recently revealed that is has invested an undisclosed amount of cash into Zing (Zing Dev Limited). Zing is a technology services business, and specialist implementation provider for cloud communication platform, Twilio.

Zing is one of a very select group of accredited implementation partners supporting Twilio throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. The company provides managed services for all of the fully programmable cloud-based experiences from Twilio.

Zing Unlocks New Opportunities for Growth

Zing’s focus is on building and implementing contact centre solutions for the age of customer experience. The company wants to help clients improve the way that they connect with customers, while also supporting the global shift to remote and flexible working.

The new funding from Maven will help Zing to make the most of some fantastic growth opportunities in the evolving market of CPaaS (Communication Platforms as a Service). Maven will support Zing in achieving its dream of placing contact centres at the heart of stronger customer engagement. At the same time, the investment means that Zing can dive deeper into a market that’s now expected to achieve a value of $17.2 billion by 2023.

Growth in the CPaaS market is accelerating thanks to the increasing use of technologies that include SaaS solutions, autonomous devices, and AI analytics.
