Dubber, a Unified Call Recording, and Voice Intelligence solution, recently announced general availability for eligible Telstra users. After announcing an early adopter program in February, the company has now made its Unified Call Recording and AI-enhanced services more accessible to the masses. These solutions promise multiple benefits for customers, at a minimal cost.

Compared to on-premises solutions, Dubber removes the expense and limitations around device, content, and intelligence restrictions. Dubber services also enable companies to automatically transcribe conversations and store them in the cloud, with reporting and AI-powered intelligence delivering alerts and insights. The solution covers everything from tone and sentiment to keyword mentions and more.

With Dubber, companies can easily export voice data or connect through the Dubber APIs to enterprise data storage, and dashboards, allowing for voice data from any IP device to work alongside other crucial information.

A New Solution for Intelligence

Dubber solutions advance the ability of companies to address various regulatory compliance obligations for compatible phones and services. By recording and storing encrypted call records within the intelligent cloud from Dubber Voice, teams can accomplish more.

Dubber will also give users the system of record and data they need to improve customer service outcomes. You can even integrate call records with CRM systems. CEO of Dubber, Steve McGovern, said that the company is now a globally recognised platform for call recording.

The solution provides recording at the same scale as a telecommunications carrier delivers services. For companies, Dubber provides a flexible use case environment to support the end-user. Dubber is excited to offer access in conjunction with eligible Telstra services. Dubber wants to:

  • Offer access to insights and recordings that have been difficult to reach in the past
  • Capture content-rich data, as well as enabling voice insights and intelligence
  • Democratise call recording and AI performance by making it more affordable

Dubber believes that in a short period of time, customers will start to expect voice intelligence to be available as a standard feature of telephony, whether through voice commands, transcriptions, or AI insights. In the current climate, companies which can’t replicate contact centre performance with agents working from home can unlock AI insights and recording.

Supporting the Current Workforce

Another major feature of Dubber, is as future Business Continuity Planning becomes more essential, services can sit within the business core without extensive project planning. The service is easy to enable and captures voice data across the whole business.

This ensures that eligible customers are free to sign up with Dubber and unlock voice data opportunities through call recording with Telstra services. Businesses of all sizes can also activate Unified call recording for eligible services too, satisfying compliance demands.

The Dubber call recording solution is ready now. Telstra customers with Liberate, IP Telephony, or Telstra SIP connect can contact Dubber for more information today. Call recording and AI services are available for TIPT, Liberate and SIP connect customers. New customers can pre-order these services.
