NiCE World London 2026

NiCE World London is NiCE’s two-day CX and AI conference, taking place 1–2 July 2026 at Olympia, Kensington, London.

The event opens with Edu Day (1 July), which is for customers and partners only, featuring an opening keynote, customer keynote, EDU sessions and breakouts, followed by a welcome reception.

Conference Day (2 July) is open to all attendees and includes innovation and customer keynotes, industry and breakout sessions, plus access to the showfloor. Across the programme, NiCE is promoting 50+ presentations and 50+ hours of content, alongside showfloor features such as Innovation Theaters, Live Demos, Expert Bars, a Partner Pavilion, and networking spaces.

Featured speakers include Scott Russell (Chief Executive Officer), Jeff Comstock (President, Product & Technology) and Philipp Heltewig (Chief AI Officer). The agenda also includes Customer Awards and will feature Madness (legendary British band) at the party.
