Enterprise feedback platform provider Qualtrics has been chosen by Argentinian financial institution Bano Galicia to gather employee feedback in the pursuit of improving the employee experience.

Qualtrics’ EmployeeXM solution has been deployed to listen to feedback from Banco Galicia’s 5,600 employees in real-time, allowing for personalised reactions to improve overall employee experience. Among EmployeeXM’s features is the automatic identification of actions for HR leaders and executives in the pursuit of employee experience.

Continuous Employee Experience Improvement

Despite having been named the top place to work in Argentina in 2018 and 2019, the company has adopted a policy of continuous improvement, using Qualtrics’ solution to measure workplace climate and identify critical touchpoints such as on- and offboarding.

“Companies that emerge as leaders are those that are continuously listening to their employees and taking quick action on the insights they receive,” said Jay Choi, Chief Product Officer at Qualtrics. “Banco Galicia is one of Argentina’s best places to work because they’ve shown a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both their customers and employees. With Qualtrics, they’ll create a data-driven culture that focuses on employee feedback and quick action.”

Qualtrics’ solution is measuring metrics such as employee commitment and satisfaction level, which can reveal issues experienced by certain employee groups – with instant leadership notification of reported poor experiences.

“We want to put our employees at the centre of everything we do and improve and personalise the experiences they have each and every day, especially because we understand the impact that has on our clients. The first step is to listen in the moment when the experience is happening, then take action.” said Guadalupe González Menichelli, Culture and IT Innovation Leader at Banco Galicia.

“Qualtrics is a fundamental ally on this journey because it allows us to listen to our employees’ feedback in real time, measure and understand their thoughts and feelings, then quickly take action on that data.”
