Tel Aviv, Israel-based KMS Lighthouse has announced that its knowledge management solution Lighthouse is now available via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

Lighthouse is structured to ensure companies can make content readily accessible for employees, customers and agents thanks to technologies such as AI search and decision trees.

With real-time access to knowledge, the solution helps to improve engagement across both service and sales channels, with the company counting the likes of GE Healthcare and 7-Eleven among its customers. It says the benefits of accurate and consistent knowledge delivery include the reduction of error rates and a shortening of time to knowledge.

Access Through Natural Language

The platform also features integrations with existing self-service channels, as well as leveraging AI and machine learning to allow users to ask questions in natural language and receive instant responses.

Lighthouse’s Reps AI technology, for instance, uses natural language processing (NLP) and learns from historical customer engagements to automate ticketing, email and chat for both employees and customers.

“For large companies and enterprises knowledge management has become ever more critical,” said Sagi Eliyahu, CEO of KMS Lighthouse. “The availability of Lighthouse on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace empowers Azure customers to leverage a dedicated enterprise knowledge management, business-oriented solution improving employee and customer experience. The collaboration with Microsoft is a strategic relationship as KMS Lighthouse continues expanding globally.”

The product is now launching on the Azure Marketplace, an online store which provides applications and cloud solutions for use on the Azure cloud.

Jake Zborowski, General Manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft, said: “We’re pleased to welcome KMS Lighthouse to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which gives our partners great exposure to cloud customers around the globe. Azure Marketplace offers world-class quality experiences from global trusted partners with solutions tested to work seamlessly with Azure.”
