Reputation insights company RepTrak has obtained a $10mn venture loan from Horizon Technology Finance Corportation. 

RepTrak’s platform allows companies to measure their reputation, brand and ESG performance, building a reputation score that provides insights into performance and customer loyalty.  

Horizon, meanwhile, specialises in providing secured loans to venture capital backed companies in the technology, life science, healthcare information and services, and sustainability industries. 

“RepTrak’s innovative software platform provides targeted and critical reputational metrics, enabling business leaders and communications professionals across industries to identify potential reputational risk and form key actions to enhance perceptions of their business,” said Gerald A. Michaud, President of Horizon. “We are excited to support RepTrak’s growth as it continues to expand its market share by further developing its proprietary technology and expanding its high-profile client base.” 

Reputation Management for Customer Loyalty 

Reptrak’s solution also involves reputation shaping capabilities, leveraging sentiment and perception data into actionable initiatives. Its clients include the likes of Lego, JPMorgan and Cisco.

Last year the company partnered with data science company Onclusive in a strategic partnership leveraging the latter firm’s AI media analytics offering.
