Digital services and IT consulting firm Infosys has announced a collaboration with Qualtrics.
The collaboration will focus on two key areas: improving procurement experiences for suppliers and buyers, and enhancing employee experiences.

Infosys also leverages XM for suppliers to help procurement, finance, and supply chain firms improve the efficiency of their procurement processes through operational data combining. This solution helps improve buyers’ productivity, their relationship with suppliers, and customer satisfaction.
