Zoho Corp has launched a business intelligence (BI) platform infused with AI that includes data preparation tools which organisations would otherwise have to acquire separately.
The Zoho Business Intelligence (BI) Platform merges Zoho DataPrep with an enhanced version of Zoho Analytics and its existing Zoho Show presentation software and Zoho Sites portal builder tools. The platform goal is to make it easier for end users to construct and share analytics via visual dashboards that let them launch queries against data using one of the graphical tools or the Zia conversational AI platform.
The platform provides pre-built, visual dashboards, comprehensive data integrations, data preparation, augmented and embedded BI, security and privacy capabilities, flexible deployment models, and scalability.
- DataPrep is the machine learning core of what’s available, used to create and manage data before making it ready for analysis
- Data Stories combines site building and presentation software that lets users embed live reports into websites and/or presentations
- Ask Zia, Zoho’s conversational AI, enables business users to surface data through natural language queries. It also offers textual narration of key insights from reports and dashboards, and can run and analyse different scenarios to help inform better business decisions and crisis preparedness.
