Contact center events are an excellent opportunity to learn the latest industry trends, spot opportunities, and network.
Here is our roundup of the must-attend industry conferences, expos, and awards shows for this year, both live and virtual.
1. Call Center World (CCW) 2025
As an annual event for over 20 years, CCW is the landmark occasion for European professionals to come together, network, and get to grips with how the industry is evolving.
The International Conference and Trade Show will take place between February 24-27. Visitors can attend in Berlin or catch up on some of the content online.
For 2025, the CCW event will explore various customer experience topics via presentations, demos, and guided tours that feature several of Europe’s biggest brands.
This year, it reserves two days for “innovation” and “inspiration”, ensuring there’s something to take away for every attendee.
2. Stratégie Clients
Shortly after CCW comes Stratégie Clients, the staple event for French contact center innovators and another opportunity for European practitioners to learn from some of the industry’s and continent’s greatest minds.
Alongside the typical events of a contact center expo – such as exhibits, conferences, and keynotes – Stratégie Clients offers a whole host of smaller workshops.
At these workshops, visitors can delve deeper into numerous topics and learn from expert session leaders.
Visitors may now book a spot at one such session (or more) and register for the event that runs from April 1-3.
3. ICMI Contact Center Expo
In parallel with a digital event in May, the ICMI is bringing its trademark contact center expo back to Orlando, Florida, from October 27-30.
While many similar events lead with technology, the ICMI sheds light on other critical elements of contact center performance.
Through keynotes, live case studies, and training led by the ICMI’s experts, leaders can uncover ideas to increase organizational excellence, develop unflappable leadership skills, and maintain a healthy culture.
4. Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2025
CCW is coming back as a live event from June 9-12 in Las Vegas. As the name suggests, the event spans several days, with some dedicated to technology and innovation, the CC Women Summit, and the Customer Contact Leadership Institute.
This year, visitors can look forward to industry-specific think tanks, an interactive expo hall, and the CCW Excellence Awards.
CCW also does an excellent job of filling up its agenda with speakers from global brands, helping attendees get closer to some of the pros not just talking the talk, but walking the walk.
5. Enterprise Connect 2025
Enterprise Connect is the self-proclaimed #1 Communications and CX Event, offering tracks for industry pros wishing to delve deeper into specific subsets of customer experience. One of those is “contact center”.
The event, which will take place at Gaylord Palms in Florida from March 17-20, strives to help attendees prepare for the future.
As ever, Enterprise Connect promises to be analyst-heavy, with thought leaders from across the communications space.
However, Mike Massimino, Former NASA Astronaut, NY Times Bestselling Author, and Columbia University Professor, will give a luminary keynote to add something a bit different. Meanwhile, leading CX tech vendors will also be on hand to drive the agenda forward.
6. The Call & Contact Center Expo UK
Europe’s self-proclaimed leading Call & Contact Center Expo will return to London in 2025.
Visitors can discover the future of customer experience technology and strategies with expert seminars, panel debates, and live demos.
In 2024, the event boasted 120 exhibitors and 90+ speakers. Attendees can expect something similar next year, with the Expo team getting better each year at bringing in speakers with bigger stories to tell.
There is currently no official date for this event, but it’s likely to take place in November at the ExCel, London.
7. Customer Contact East
Customer Contact is a series of contact center and CX events held by the Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange. In 2025, the East chapter of the event will be taking place from April 6-9 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Here, attendees may explore many contact center technologies and innovations presented and shared by market-leading brands. There are also educational talks and workshops on everything from performance management optimization to customer engagement, AI, and automation. The event also offers many networking opportunities for innovators seeking to form new partnerships.
8. Contact.io 2025
Contact.io belongs to the Lead Generation World series of conferences that aim to network contact center professionals with industry experts who share best practices to push businesses forward. In 2024, the event will take place from August 27-29 in Denver, Colorado.
Creating an open and friendly environment for call center executives, marketers, and technology leaders, the Contact.io team attracts hundreds of industry professionals every year.
9. The Customer Show
Welcoming over a thousand attendees and more than one hundred speakers, The Customer Show claims to be: “The #1 CX event you must attend.”
In 2024, its schedule split into three areas: customer insights and analytics, next-gen CX, and contact center transformation, as the event aimed to drive CX innovation at scale.
While the schedule is currently in the works for 2025, speakers from Bupa, Specsavers, and Zappos have been announced.
The event will take place at the Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, from August 13-14.
10. The CX Festival
The CX Festival 2025 is revolutionizing conventional business events with a two-day, two-night event festival where the CX community can meet to discuss AI, automation, collaboration, and the future of CX.
With over 45 speakers and 350 attendees at the previous event, tickets to the CX Festival include access to all speakers, panels, workshops, outdoor activities, food, drink, and music.
The CX Festival 2025 will take place in September. Kiessee Ruhlsdorf, near Berlin, is the likely location, although no there has been no official confirmation of the date or location.
11. GITEX Global
GITEX Global returns to Dubai in 2025, claiming to be “the world’s best tech event”.
Unifying the world’s most advanced companies, pioneers, thinkers, researchers, and developers, GITEX focuses on AI solutions that influence customer experiences, shape society, and fast-track future urbanism.
GITEX GLOBAL runs at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 13-17.
