Cloud-based phone system and call centre software solution Aircall has announced a new data sync integration with the HubSpot CRM platform.
The integration was built by HubSpot using the new data sync feature available in Operations Hub, which is a new product from HubSpot. Operations Hub enables operations teams to bi-directionally sync data across business apps, as well as build automation actions, and help their companies run better.

Aircall integrates with HubSpot to promote call agent productivity, provide smarter conversations and quicker resolutions. The integration will help agents save time thanks to automatic call logging and quick access to Call, Deal, and Ticket Information, whereas managers can gain from complete call activity visible within HubSpot’s Reports Dashboard.
