Avaya has announced a partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE), an international provider of communications, networking, and cloud solutions.

The partnership will extend the availability of Avaya’s OneCloud CCaaS composable solutions to ALE’s global customer base, while ALE will also make its digital networking solutions available to Avaya customers.

Jack Chen, CEO, ALE, said: “We are extremely pleased to partner with Avaya to deliver market-leading CCaaS capabilities to our customers and expand the market reach of our Digital Age Networking solutions.”

“The extensibility and composability of the Avaya OneCloud CCaaS platform allows us to work with an ecosystem of industry-leading partners to build with Avaya deeper and more engaging experiences our customers need.”

The partnership also aims to accelerate cloud migration and digital transformation programmes for Avaya customers across the globe.

Also, Avaya customers may harness ALE Digital Age Networking solutions capabilities that include the latest IoT analytics, digital workflows, and more.

Meanwhile, ALE customers will leverage Avaya OneCloud CCaaS’ capabilities such as advanced AI, Identity and Security, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and customer service.

Not too long ago, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise debuted its own specialised CCaaS solution to enable omnichannel interactions across voice, email, websites, Facebook Messenger and Twitter.
