Real-time guidance platform Balto has announced that its enterprise conversation solutions are now available in the RingCentral App Gallery.

More than 400,000 businesses using RingCentral’s contact centre solutions can now access Balto’s platform.

The real-time guidance platform seamlessly integrates with RingCentral’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). The platform also allows RingCentral’s customers to convert more calls, ensure call quality, maintain a high level of compliance, and reduce agent ramp time.
