The alliance will enable Cinos clients to blend contact centre capabilities into their UCaaS environment.
In many cases, this is a Microsoft Teams ecosystem, as Cinos are a Gold Microsoft Partner. Yet, the company will work with many UCaas systems to marry their best features with Content Guru technology. Companies can then customize CCaaS adoptions to best meet their needs.
