Google Cloud has partnered with Northwell Health, New York State’s largest healthcare provider to help the hospital network operate more efficiently and improve the overall quality of patient experiences.
The partnership will aid in Northwell’s digital transformation and harness cloud and AI capabilities to improve patient care.
Google Cloud will enable Northwell to enhance digital scheduling, automate payer interactions, and provide intelligent summaries of medical information. Moreover, it will become Northwell’s preferred cloud platform for infrastructure modernisation.

Google will also provide nurses and clinicians with decision-making support to build trust and stronger relationships with patients.
As privacy and security are two of the most important aspects of storing patient data, Google Cloud will combine its reliable infrastructure with Northwell’s existing security controls to maintain a satisfactory level of privacy.

Besides forming partnerships in the healthcare sector, Google Cloud recently joined forces with the Dutch government to streamline digital processes for the public sector entities.
