PCI Pal has announced a global partnership with Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS) specialist VoiceFoundry, a TTEC Digital company.

The deal will allow TTEC Group companies to access PCI Pal services, as well as take advantage of additional options for payment security and compliance.

VoiceFoundry specialises in delivering customer experiences with Amazon Connect contact centre solutions. It also focuses on helping enterprises improve customer engagement across all channels through heavily customised solutions.
