1. Call Center World (CCW) 2024
As an annual event for over 20 years, CCW is the landmark occasion for European professionals to come together, network, and get to grips with how the industry is evolving. The International Conference and Trade Show will take place between February 26-29. Visitors can attend in Berlin or check out some of the latest content online.
For 2024, the CCW event will explore various topics, including AI innovation, immersive experiences, and custom app building via presentations, demos, and guided tours that feature several of Europe’s biggest brands.
2. Stratégie Clients
Shortly after CCW comes Stratégie Clients, the staple event for French contact center innovators and another opportunity for European practitioners to learn from some of the industry’s and continent’s greatest minds.
Alongside the typical events of a contact center expo – such as exhibits, conferences, and keynotes – Stratégie Clients offers a whole host of smaller workshops. At these, visitors can delve deeper into various topics and learn from expert session leaders. 3. ICMI Contact Center Expo
In parallel with a digital event in May, the ICMI is bringing its trademark contact center expo back to Orlando, Florida, from October 21-24.
While many similar events lead with technology, the ICMI sheds light on other critical elements of contact center performance. Through keynotes, live case studies, and training led by the ICMI’s experts, leaders can uncover ideas to increase organizational excellence, develop unflappable leadership skills, and maintain a healthy culture.
4. Enterprise Connect 2024
Also in Orlando, Florida, Enterprise Connect is an event dedicated to technologies and strategies for communications, collaboration, and customer experience. So, while the conference and expo may orientate around the contact centers, it takes a wider view that allows organizations to tackle broader business problems.
In doing so, it offers ten different conference tracks. This year, Enterprise Connect takes place from March 25-28.
5. Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2024
Customer Contact Week (CCW) returns from June 3-6 in Las Vegas. As the name suggests, the event spans several days, with some dedicated to technology and innovation, the CC Women Summit, and the Customer Contact Leadership Institute.
This year, visitors can look forward to industry-specific think tanks, an interactive expo hall, and the CCW Excellence Awards.
6. The CX Awards 2024
The CX Awards celebrates the very best innovation across the customer experience space, with several categories for contact center innovators, leaders, and teams.
With 16 prominent industry practitioners, thinkers, and analysts as judges, viewers can get up to speed with the leading CCaaS platforms, Microsoft Teams contact centers, conversational AI solutions, and much more.
The virtual awards ceremony takes place on February 29, lasts for one hour, and is free for anyone who wishes to attend.
7. Customer Contact East
Customer Contact is a series of contact center and CX events held by the Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange. In 2024, the East chapter of the event will be taking place from April 7-10 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Here, attendees may explore many contact center technologies and innovations presented and shared by market-leading brands. There are also educational talks and workshops on everything from performance management optimization to customer engagement, AI, and automation. The event also offers many networking opportunities for innovators seeking to form new partnerships.
8. Call & Contact Center Expo USA
The Call & Contact Center Expo is a leading industry event that takes place between April 24-25, offering contact center vendors the space to showcase their latest innovations. With 100+ speakers sharing their expertise and 200 suppliers in attendance, there is a lot to learn and see. Those speakers include reps from Microsoft, Google, and Cisco.
In addition to keynotes, there will be a networking area, industry awards, a VIP lounge, masterclasses, and opportunities for one-on-one meetings.
9. Contact.io 2024
Contact.io belongs to the Lead Generation World series of conferences that aim to network contact center professionals with industry experts who share best practices to push businesses forward. In 2024, the event will take place from August 28-30 in Denver, Colorado.

10. The Customer Show
Welcoming over a thousand attendees and more than one hundred speakers, The Customer Show claims to be: “The biggest CX event on the planet.” With the ambition to remove silos and connect every stakeholder within the CX system, the event aims to “supercharge the industry”. In 2024, the event will take place from May 7-8.
