In parallel with a digital event in April, the ICMI is bringing its trademark contact center expo back to Orlando, Florida, from the 16th to the 19th of October.

2. The Call & Contact Center Expo
Europe’s leading Call & Contact Center Expo returns to London for 2023. Discover the future of customer experience technology and strategies with expert seminars, panel debates, and live demos.
With over 150 exhibitors and 90 speakers, attendees can expect solutions around AI, outsourcing, hardware, and performance management, with ample networking opportunities.
The Call & Contact Center Expo 2023 runs from the 29th to the 30th of November 2023 at ExCel in London.
3. Customer Contact Week Europe
An event for contact center, CX, and digital service leaders, Customer Contact Week Europe (CCW) brings insights from businesses at the leading edge of customer engagement experts, from early use cases in AI to unreleased industry research.
Dubbed Europe’s “Disrupt-a-Thon,” CCW runs over a three-day summit from October 9th to 11th, 2023.
4. GITEX Global
GITEX Global returns to Dubai in 2023 for the world’s largest and most inclusive tech event.
Unifying the world’s most advanced companies, pioneers, thinkers, researchers, and developers, GITEX 2023 will focus on AI solutions that influence customer experiences, shape society, and fast-track future urbanism.
GITEX GLOBAL runs at the Dubai World Trade Center from the 16th to the 20th of October, 2023.
5. The CX Festival
The CX Festival 2023 is revolutionizing conventional business events with a two-day, two-night event festival where the CX community can meet to discuss AI, automation, collaboration, and the future of CX.
