Here is our roundup of the top contact center events for the rest of the year, which you can attend at your own convenience.

1. ICMI Contact Center Expo

The ICMI is bringing its trademark contact center expo back to Orlando, Florida, from the 21st to the 24th of October.

While many similar events lead with technology, the ICMI sheds light on other critical elements of contact center performance.

Through keynotes, live case studies, and training led by the ICMI’s experts, leaders can uncover ideas to increase organizational excellence, develop unflappable leadership, and maintain a healthy culture.

2. The Call & Contact Center Expo

Europe’s self-proclaimed leading Call & Contact Center Expo returns to London for 2024.

Visitors can discover the future of customer experience technology and strategies with expert seminars, panel debates, and live demos.

Moreover, with over 120 exhibitors and 110 speakers, attendees can expect solutions around AI, outsourcing, hardware, and performance management, with ample networking opportunities.

The Call & Contact Center Expo 2024 runs from the 27th to the 28th of November 2024 at ExCel in London.

3. Customer Contact Week Europe

An event for contact center, CX, and digital service leaders, Customer Contact Week Europe (CCW) brings insights from businesses at the leading edge of customer engagement, including Air France, eBay, and Vogue.

In addition, event organizers promise an “immersive learning experience”. That will include sessions covering everything from AI and analytics to employee experience and well-being.

There’s also lots more to enjoy, with this being the flagship European event for the largest global customer contact event series, running over a three-day period from October 7th to 9th, 2024.

4. GITEX Global

GITEX Global returns to Dubai in 2024, claiming to be “the world’s best tech event”.

Unifying the world’s most advanced companies, pioneers, thinkers, researchers, and developers, GITEX focuses on AI solutions that influence customer experiences, shape society, and fast-track future urbanism.

GITEX GLOBAL runs at the Dubai World Trade Center from the 14th to the 18th of October, 2024.

5. Enterprise Connect AI 2024

From the creators of spring’s Enterprise Connect – the self-proclaimed #1 Communications and CX Event – comes the inaugural Enterprise Connect AI event.

The event, which will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center in California from October 1st to 2nd, 2024, strives to help attendees prepare for and move forward with AI.

As with its “parent event,” Enterprise Connect AI promises to be analyst-heavy, with thought leaders from across the communications space.

However, David Glick, SVP of Enterprise Business Services at Walmart, will give the keynote. Meanwhile, leading CX tech vendors will also be on-hand to drive the agenda forward.

6. The CX Festival

The CX Festival 2024 is revolutionizing conventional business events with a two-day, two-night event festival where the CX community can meet to discuss AI, automation, collaboration, and the future of CX.

With over 35 speakers and 350 attendees, tickets to the CX Festival include access to all speakers, panels, workshops, outdoor activities, food, drink, and music.

CX Festival 2024 will run from September 5th to 7th, 2024, in Kiessee Ruhlsdorf, near Berlin.

7. The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit

The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit brings together innovative solution providers and industry professionals to build relationships one-on-one.

Moreover, the event aims to match buyers with the best-placed supplier, so they can learn, connect, and discuss opportunities to enhance service experiences.

The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit takes place from September 9th to 10th, 2024, in Manchester at the Hilton Deansgate.
