Verint has launched a native integration for Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone interactions.

Being part of the Verint Cloud Platform, the integration will enable organisations to consolidate recorded Zoom interactions with customer interaction and feedback data from various sources.

Responsible for storing and synching interaction data from other systems, Verint Engagement Data Management (EDM) aims to increase efficiency and reduce the expenses needed to connect diverse data silos.

David Singer, Vice President, Go-to-Market Strategy, Verint, said: “Verint’s native EDM integration with the Zoom platform means that Verint customers can instantly include recorded data into their analysis of customer engagements.

“All of that data ultimately contributes to an organization’s approach to total quality by creating a more comprehensive understanding of customer interactions across all engagement channels in order to make more effective business decisions and ensure compliance.”

Verint EDM platform is an open solution that serves as a multi-source data hub for customer interaction and experience data captured from any system or channel.

By offering a complete overview of customer engagement data, the data hub solution helps organisations manage compliance more easily and improve business operations.

Moreover, multi-source data hubs collect context surrounding customer interactions and immediately deliver actionable insights based on this data, eliminating the need for additional solutions that generate insights. – according to Ventana Research,

Elsewhere, Verint recently published a report that reveals which retailers offer the best customer experiences based on key CX metrics.
