Verint has partnered with voice and analytics solutions vendor Intelligent Voice to enable financial organisations to improve compliance oversight.
Verint’s new solution – Financial Compliance Profiling – integrates its communication capture, data management, and operational assurance with Intelligent Voice speech-to-text, voice analytics, and biometric identification.

The Verint Financial Compliance Profiling solution is tailored to financial organisations’ lexicon and follows the latest compliance regulations.
It can transcribe over 20 languages and dialects, as well as multilingual conversations. It also enables proactive analysis of trader voice, mobile and IP telephony fixed line and mobile voice, turrets, Microsoft Teams, and many other unified communications tools.

Verint has already worked on providing financial firms with additional layers of security by collaborating with Theta Lake in December 2021.
