Verint Teams Up with Intelligent Voice on Compliance Oversight

Verint has partnered with voice and analytics solutions vendor Intelligent Voice to enable financial organisations to improve compliance oversight.

Verint’s new solution – Financial Compliance Profiling – integrates its communication capture, data management, and operational assurance with Intelligent Voice speech-to-text, voice analytics, and biometric identification.

Ben Shellie, CEO, Intelligent Voice, said: “Deployable across a variety of environments to satisfy regulatory and security concerns, Verint Financial Compliance Profiling has unique capabilities purpose-built for the financial services market.”

“With increasing regulatory requirements driving organizations to capture and analyze more data in less time, the solution’s intuitive engine enables expeditious review of audio that is subject to an alert.”

The Verint Financial Compliance Profiling solution is tailored to financial organisations’ lexicon and follows the latest compliance regulations.

It can transcribe over 20 languages and dialects, as well as multilingual conversations. It also enables proactive analysis of trader voice, mobile and IP telephony fixed line and mobile voice, turrets, Microsoft Teams, and many other unified communications tools.

Verint’s John Bourne, Senior Vice President, Global Channels and Alliances, said: “For the first time, Verint Financial Compliance Profiling brings together enhanced aComms and eComms voice capture and review features powered by next-gen AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and biometrics technologies into one solution. These capabilities will improve data completeness for our customers.”

Verint has already worked on providing financial firms with additional layers of security by collaborating with Theta Lake in December 2021.
