Avaya is gearing up for its flagship ENGAGE event, which kicks off in Denver, CO, next week.
At the three-day event, Avaya and its partner network showcase how they can help organisations to redefine customer experiences and employee engagement.
“Avaya’s upward momentum reflects our core differentiator as we deliver on the promise of ‘innovation without disruption’ — a strategy that helps enterprise customers avoid the serious business repercussions that can come from ‘rip and replace’ upgrades of entire systems,” said Alan Masarek, CEO, Avaya.
“Avaya’s innovation without disruption strategy is adding tangible value for enterprises, giving these organizations the unmatched ability to add AI and other innovations on top of existing investments, keeping their business moving with speed and quality with Avaya’s solutions, services, and world-class ecosystem.
“We are excited about the possibilities we are exploring with customers, as we continue to break ground on new opportunities to empower our customers with improved customer and employee experiences that drive better business growth and outcomes.”
Again this year, Avaya ENGAGE’s main stage host is technology expert and Emmy Award-winning TV personality Katie Linendoll.
The event boasts keynote sessions from speakers including, among others:
- Arianna Huffington: founder of The Huffington Post
- Ayanna Howard, PhD: innovator, entrepreneur, leader, and international expert in robotics and AI, and Dean of Engineering at The Ohio State University and Monte Ahuja Endowed Dean’s Chair
- R “Ray” Wang: Founder and Principal Analyst, Constellation Research
- Scott Harrison, Charity Founder and CEO, and New York Times bestselling author.
- Jared Polis, Govenor of Colorado
- Alan Masarek: CEO, Avaya
Hosted by Avaya and the International Avaya User Group (IAUG), Avaya ENGAGE 2024 will feature interactive sessions, deep-dive discussions, and hands-on labs. These opportunities will equip attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to innovate without disruption, delivering exceptional experiences to customers and employees alike.
A Strong Quarter
Avaya recently reported a surge in momentum driven by strategic decisions and partnerships, not least through a recently announced collaboration with Zoom.
These include unveiling a simplified portfolio and solutions architecture, strategic alliances, executive appointments, and a robust presence at industry events like Enterprise Connect and ITEXPO.
Avaya says it empowers enterprises to tailor their communication and collaboration strategies according to their unique needs by offering a suite of solutions that embrace multiple deployment paths, including on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud.
