PCI Pal has partnered with CCaaS solutions provider Odigo to enable its customers to access PCI Pal’s payment security solutions for voice, chat, social, email, and other contact centre interactions.

Odigo has recently launched the new Odigo Connect Marketplace, which enables organisations to download a wide range of CCaaS-related solutions. PCI Pal’s payment security solution is the latest addition to the Marketplace, aiming to meet omnichannel security needs.

In efforts to expand its customer base, PCI Pal has recently partnered with VoiceFoundry and Five9.
