Treasure Data brings its customer data platform to Genesys customers
Treasure Data has made its Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Service available as a premium app on Genesys AppFoundry.
Its CDP solution provides real-time customer profile data, including purchase history and loyalty membership information, in one unified interface.
The platform also supports agents through AI-driven next-best action recomendations.

The solution is also available with Genesys Cloud CX, an all-in-one cloud contact centre platform, allowing agents to directly send customer data to the Genesys Cloud CX for more personalised conversations with end customers.
Being a premium app on Genesys AppFoundry, Genesys customers can have their Treasure Data subscriptions included on their Genesys invoices.
Elsewhere, Treasure Data recently partnered with Sinch to add mobile omnichannel solutions to its offering.
