Customer data platform Treasure Data has partnered with Sinch, a cloud communications and mobile customer engagement solutions vendor, to offer mobile omnichannel solutions to customers.
The combined offering also includes marketing campaigns, automated conversations using AI chatbots and voicebots, to enable organisations to engage their customers using real-time profiles.

Treasure Data’s smart customer data platform gives a holistic view of a customer that shows insights such as customer purchase history, loyalty programme status, in-store visitation, brand affinity, and more. This will be made available to service agents through the platform and accessed across various communications channels, supported by Sinch’s communication platform.
