Learning platform software provider Northpass has announced new integration with the HubSpot CRM via the HubSpot App Marketplace.

HubSpot’s marketplace features independent software vendors whose software has been integrated with the company’s offering. Northpass for HubSpot connects the learning management system to the CRM, allowing customers to share data between the two systems, as well as centralise learning activity data and automate customer education workflows.

“The Northpass team is extremely excited about the creation of this LMS + CRM integration in HubSpot’s ecosystem,” said Northpass Founder & CEO, Steve Cornwell. “The marriage of these two solutions is critical for today’s forward-thinking businesses that are looking to deliver customer-centric learning programs that support their Product, Sales and Service efforts to drive growth for their companies.”

The HubSpot App Partner Program requires companies comply with a set of requirements before being offered as third party integrations.

“It’s been amazing to see the impact learning has had via the world-renowned HubSpot Academy,” said HubSpot’s VP of Platform Ecosystem, Scott Brinker. “And our customers have noticed it too. With Northpass’ integration, we’re helping our customers become better enabled to cultivate their own academies and connect that data within HubSpot. The combination of the LMS and CRM simply adds momentum to the HubSpot flywheel.”

Holistic Learning Platform

Northpass’ solution involves an all-in-one platform for training customers, partner and employees. Offered on a Saas basis, it features authoring and integrated learning, with customers including the likes of Shopify and Uber.

Earlier this year, it announced a partnership with elearning company OpenSesame, making the latter’s more than 20,000 courses available on Northpass’ platform.

“We’re excited to partner with OpenSesame, the leading content provider for professional elearning to power Northpass’ built-in Course Marketplace,” said Rob Krystyniak, VP of Product and Engineering at Northpass. “The synergy between OpenSesame’s extensive course content and Northpass’ intuitive and engaging learning experience will help accelerate the learning and training process for our customers.”
