Portfolio monitoring and reporting solution AssetBook and CRM company Wealthbox have announced a new data integration partnership.

Wealthbox offers a CRM application aimed at financial advisors to help them manage workflows and relationships with clients. The platform integrates with wealth-tech products and features contract management, workflow automation and opportunity tracking features.

AssetBook, meanwhile, provides a platform known as Pulse which allows financial advisors and broker-dealers to monitor and report on portfolios via customisable user interfaces, in turn giving them more time to spend on clients. By consolidating data in one place, clients can be offered a more holistic financial picture.

“We are thrilled to have completed the integration with Wealthbox,” said Marwa Zakharia, CEO, AssetBook. “AssetBook strives to provide the best possible service and user experience to our clients and having an integration with one of the industry’s fastest growing CRMs helps us continue to make good on that promise.”

The partnership will see data from Wealthbox able to be easily incorporated into the AssetBook platform.

“AssetBook offers advisors who use Wealthbox a simple and fast way to connect their clients’ information across platforms,” said Steve Carroll, Head of Product at Wealthbox. “The integration frees up advisors to spend more time with clients instead of wasting it on duplicative data entry. We’re delighted to welcome AssetBook to the Wealthbox community.”

AssetBook’s Pulse platform was released last year, and includes features such as client servicing and portfolio reporting, a client portal, client billing automation, cash management monitoring and compliance, and tax management and planning.
