Unified commerce SaaS platform Flooid has announced a partnership with digital payment network SensePass to connect mobile apps and alternative payment forms to physical point of sale systems. 

Flooid offers a platform assisting retailers in selling across channels, selecting a mix of services and technology partners to tailor its offering for the needs of customers. 

“We are thrilled to be partnering with SensePass and offering SensePay capability to our clients,” said Donna Stevens, Group VP of Product at Flooid. “Consumer payment preferences continue to change and to move towards apps and digital wallets. SensePass is innovating in this rapidly evolving space and this is a natural partnership as it allows Flooid to extend value to our customers by supporting payment methods that reduce friction and enable fast, secure, low cost transactions.” 

The partnerships with SensePass will see Flooid’s clients able to accept alternative payment methods such as e-wallets, payments apps and fintech solutions via the SensePay omni-channel payments network. The SensePay platform connects a range of payment methods and financial services, enabling shoppers to use their preferred method at regular POS and checkouts.

The solution also features contactless and QR scanning forms of payments and can be connected to existing loyalty programmes at the point of sale.
