The no-code feedback form solution is intended to improve accessibility
Online form and feedback solution Jotform has announced a new no-code app builder.
The company offers forms for collecting feedback and other tasks, integrating conditional logical, report generation and workflow automation – as well as a host of integrations with third-party apps and payment processors. Its suite of SaaS products includes a solution for building forms, as well as Tables, Mobile Forms, PDF Editor and Approvals.

Despite disagreement in some quarters, the imperative for capturing customer feedback is by now well established. According to Nemertes’ 2019-20 Intelligent Customer Engagement research study of 518 companies, two-thirds gather customer feedback.
The company said use cases went beyond gathering customer feedback, including managing reservations at a restaurant, collecting delivery orders and reviews, and receiving payments.
“No-code is just getting started, and we’re excited to keep helping our users power their businesses and be more productive,” said Tank.
Last month, the company rebranded its offering, changing its name, logo and tagline.
“Our goal has always been for Jotform to help businesses run more efficiently. That process begins with our powerful forms and continues with our advanced features that allow you to manage and share data easily — all from one central platform,” said Tank, at the time.
