CRM and revenue management platform Pipedrive has launched integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and DocuSign alongside a new messaging inbox.

The integrations with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger allow Pipedrive users to interact with customers directly from their CRM.

In addition, the DocuSign integration complements Pipedrive’s Smart Docs tools allowing users to create online sales documents in Smart Docs and send them for signature using DocuSign.

Shaun Shirazian, CPO, Pipedrive, said: “During the past couple of years, we have witnessed a tremendous shift in digitalization in all business areas, including sales. Talking to our customers has given us a clear indication that technology has changed sales professionals’ expectations of the tools they use.

“Supporting remote sales with secure, smart and intuitive solutions that enable sales professionals to manage all customer conversations, proposals, quotes and contracts within their CRM, is nowadays a must-have.”

Being two of the most popular communication platforms in the world, many clients had requested that WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger become available on the Pipedrive Marketplace. The company now meets this demand by offering the capabilities through its new messenger inbox.

By leveraging this option, Pipedrive users can add contacts to the CRM from conversations in a single click, share conversation transcripts with the team, and assign chats to the right agents.

Meanwhile, in an effort to reach more European customers, Pipedrive has also recently opened a new private cloud environment in the UK.
