Salesforce Launches Sales Cloud Unlimited

Salesforce has launched an “unlimited” version of Sales Cloud which brings together a host of capabilities into one platform.

Sales Cloud Unlimited is the new top-tier subscription for Sales Cloud and includes eight AI-powered capabilities. These are:

  • Automated Contacts
  • Lead Scoring
  • Forecasting
  • Opportunity Scoring
  • Recommended Connections
  • Email Insights
  • Pipeline Inspection
  • Einstein Conversation Insights

Salesforce unveiled the Unlimited bundle at its World Tour event in London. Also included in the subscription are Sales Engagement and Salesforce Inbox

Ketan Karkhanis, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Sales Cloud, said:

“We are in a new era of selling where every sales organization needs to transform from intuition-based to data-driven decision making to be successful.

“Companies need technology that unites workflow, automation, and intelligence to drive productivity and efficient growth across every channel, and now with Sales Cloud Unlimited, our customers can have all three.”

Pricing will remain the same, with Unlimited now the top tier of Sales Cloud and costing £240 per user per month.

Salesforce said Unlimited is designed to fit multiple verticals including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail.

It also includes 24/7 “premier support”, sandboxes and pipeline inspection.

The announcement comes after Salesforce revealed its acquisition of in May. The acquired technology will be integrated into Slack, giving users revenue insights within the collaboration platform.

Also last month, Salesforce launched a new developer platform for Slack soon after releasing a host of automation updates.
