What has been your business/work highlight of 2024 so far?
My recent work highlights include the creation of two online courses on customer trust and customer centricity in collaboration with LinkedIn Learning. These courses are scheduled for launch in Summer 2024. Stay tuned for updates!
Who is your business hero and why?
What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?
I can’t address this question without referencing my book, ‘Journey to Centricity: A Customer-centric Framework for the Era of Stakeholder Capitalism.’ Writing this book not only allowed me to shift perspectives but also instilled in me a belief in a better approach to conducting business. Moreover, it significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth.
What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?
I wouldn’t describe it as a negative challenge, but rather a positive one. The influx of inquiries and requests has been tremendous. Balancing my time among various projects, including clients, speaking engagements, LinkedIn Learning courses, and more, has been a fantastic challenge.
On a larger scale, female speakers face the challenge of getting equal booking opportunities compared to their male counterparts.
