What has been your business/work highlight of 2024 so far?

The ability to bring my CX experience to the PE world.

Who is your business hero and why?

Jolene Langford has been a mentor for me in the space as she built her own agency around CX and has been a tremendous support.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

I would say trusting the wrong people within my industry. I learned not everyone has your best interests at heart.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

Finding your why by Simon Simek as it helped me to identify what’s really important to me and that’s the people I support within the organizations I’m working with. I love what I do because I’m changing someone’s day to day for the better.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

Not having enough time and navigating the changing landscape of AI. I want to bring the best solutions forward to my clients and it can be challenging to keep apprised of all the new AI technologies as well as vetting the solutions.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

Definitely AI as organisations have the fear of FOMO and it’s my responsibility to ensure we are offering the latest, compliant technologies.
