Who is your business hero and why?

My business hero is someone who can inspire and make positive differences in society through sustainable innovations, inclusivity, and leading by example.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

Can’t think of any because in the end I learnt from my mistakes, and they were not that bad/mistakes after all, and those mistakes helped me to make the right choices subsequently.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

‘Glimpses of World History’ by Nehru, India’s first PM – a compilation of letters to his daughter, Indira Gandhi, from jail giving a brief but clear account of world history and how it shaped politics and economy.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

Keeping up with the rapid pace of changes and making a clear prediction about how things will shape up.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

AI will have a significant impact because it will transform how people work, interact and operate.
