Growth was accompanied by industry recognition, and in the same year Akixi scooped the award for “Best Call Management Solution” at the Comms National Awards.

Service for all Sizes

Akixi’s hosted call management and analytics services are designed to be highly scalable, with direct continuity in solutions for businesses of anything between two and 10,000 people. Making full use of the flexible cloud architecture, expanding an Akixi subscription is just a matter of signing up new users, and it is as easy to deploy across call centres at multiple sites as it is in a small single office contact centre.

Akixi packages its service into three subscription tiers:

  • Akixi Lite: A basic call logging service offering cradle-to-grave reporting, trend analysis, and scheduling for intervals from half an hour to monthly
  • Akixi 1000: A comprehensive real time analytics platform with an agent dashboard included
  • Akixi 2000: Akixi’s fully loaded call centre solution, with Do Not Disturb (DND) statistics and analysis by ACD & Hunt Group

Akixi also markets its own very popular Desktop Wallboard which comes as part of the Akixi 1000 and 2000 bundle. Overall, Akixi solutions provide easy access to more than 200 different pre-configured historical and real time data points
