Dialpad has announced its integration with Zoho CRM to improve operational efficiency.

The two companies say the integration will “eliminate manual tasks and switching between applications to boost agent productivity”.

Aligned with Dialpad’s TrueCaaS vision, Zoho CRM offers a unified solution for sales, marketing, and customer support activities to streamline processes.

Bridget Silvi, Director of Strategic Alliances at Dialpad, said: “As Dialpad builds on its TrueCaaS vision, product integrations are key to our success by quickly filling specific needs for customers. We are thrilled to make it easier for Zoho CRM customers across 180 countries

“This integration is just the beginning of our partnership with Zoho and we are excited to provide additional functionality for Dialpad + Zoho CRM customers.”

Besides reducing “app-switching” and streamlining processes, the integration will enable customers to increase productivity and improve agent focus with call logging within Zoho CRM customer record.

The companies claim the integration will help agents provide more personalised customer experiences with Dialpad Voice Intelligence, while maintaining engagement with other team members and managers in a hybrid environment.

Anand Nergunam, VP Revenue Growth at Zoho, said: “High-performing sales teams don’t just have the right talent but also the right tools that bring in valuable context for better customer conversations and conversions.”

“This partnership is a step towards helping our mutual users with an integrated experience that makes sales conversations more personalized and effective.”

Earlier this year, Dialpad partnered with Playvox to add advanced workforce engagement management capabilities to its contact centre.
