Talkdesk has introduced two new apps for the Talkdesk On The Go suite of intelligent mobile solutions: Talkdesk Phone Mobile App and Talkdesk Schedule Mobile App.

The new apps help contact centre agents handle customer conversations, collaborate with teammates, and manages schedules regardless of location and time.

Talkdesk Phone Mobile App enables employees to connect and collaborate with each other from anywhere, using their mobile device and a modern cloud business phone system. Talkdesk Schedule Mobile App gives agents 24/7 access to their scheduled shifts on their mobile device.

Talkdesk’s flagship mobile app, Talkdesk Conversations Mobile App, enables agents to access the Talkdesk Cloud CX platform from their mobile phone, tablet, or smartwatch, as well as search for real-time customer information and tools without the need to sit at the desktop.
Talkdesk On The Go apps are also secured through single sign-on authentication (SSO) and follow strong password protocols.
