Automotive data mining platform AutoMiner has announced a partnership with enterprise video messaging company Covideo.

Covideo offers a solution for recording, sending and tracking videos across a range of channels, helping companies build relationships with customers via a focus on personalisation. AutoMiner, meanwhile, is a specialist automotive industry data platform helping dealers to manage their marketing services by combining data from document and customer relationship management systems.

The partnership will see AutoMiner users able to record, send and track videos through the platform.

“General managers, service managers, and sales leaders can now record and send video blasts through AutoMiner’s emailing and texting features, targeting prospects with hyper-specific messaging that is relevant, engaging, and effective,” said AutoMiner CEO, Aaron Sheeks.

“This new video capability is huge for our dealers as they can now add a personal touch and interact directly with customers based on their already-clean target lists inside the AutoMiner.”

According to the companies, Covideo’s video messaging platform is frequently used in the automotive space for internet lead responses, vehicle walkarounds, appointment reminders, and service repairs.

“We always jump at the chance to work with other innovators and market disruptors,” said Covideo Founder and CEO, Jason Price. “AutoMiner is certainly both of those, and we’re excited to lend our technology to their platform as a resource for the dealers they serve.”

Recently, Covideo partnered with digital vehicle presentation company iPacket to allow automotive dealers to add personalised video messages to presentations, and to provide access to their library of videos directly within iPacket.

“iPacket’s partnership with Covideo delivers the most engaging and customised digital vehicle presentation experience ever imagined,” said iPacket founder and CEO, Seve Astorg. “Our mutual dealer partners can now record, attach, and share customised videos with every packet shared directly from our iPacket mobile app and dealer portal.”
