Akixi has just announced most significant software update released in years with Akixi 2.0. One of the first things that users are likely to notice when they log into the system is an updated user interface design, which mirrors the refreshed branding from Akixi already rolled out across the company’s offline materials. The appearance of reports and wallboards has also been given a more modern feel and look with the arrival of enhanced dials and icons, and a flat colour design.

Users also have more scope to customise their reports with a broad colour palette. What’s more, the latest release also includes the highly anticipated Akixi 3000 product for omni-channel reporting. According to Colin Gill, the Product Manager for Akixi, the 3000 offering is the newest service level in the Akixi portfolio, intended to serve teams in need of visibility into multiple communication channels. The offering maintains the simplicity and easy-to-use platform that users love. Additionally, the first revision of Akixi 3000 also brings group email reporting to the omni-channel offering.

Omni-channel Functionality from Akixi

According to Gill, though Akixi has been talking about the arrival of omni-channel analytics for a long time, the company wanted to make sure that they got the experience 100% right for their customers. Clients upgrading to the new solution will see the familiar Akixi reporting portal, combined with omni-channel contact management at an affordable price.

The Marketing Manager for Akixi, Hilary King, noted that the Akixi team are going through an exciting transformational experience today. The release of Akixi 2.0 coincides with other major updates to the company’s online presence. For instance, a new business website will launch this month to give end-users, partners, and the broader market a more exceptional digital experience. Additionally, the new website will more accurately reflect the brand as it exists today. What’s more, alongside an improved browser experience, Akixi is also offering more meaningful content on its solution, with a new product selector tool on its website to help customers find the right solution for their needs.

Akixi’s updated website also comes with an explainer video, a partner zone, and a range of other features.

Driven by Customer Experience

Hilary King noted that Akixi has always been driven by a consistent desire to augment and enhance its product to meet with the needs of modern customers. The business wanted to improve its go-to-market strategy, as well as its communication efforts. Over the past year, Akixi has been working on its latest updates, and things have greatly improved as a result.

Some of the key features included in the Akixi 2.0 release are:

  • New UI design for a better experience
  • Akixi 3000 and omni-channel portal
  • My Reports folders and “Copy Reports” option
  • Option to send reports to supervisors
  • Maximum concurrent statistic
  • Dynamic searching for administrators
