Today, businesses from every vertical are beginning to recognise the importance of getting direct access to valuable insights that may help to drive more engaging experiences for end-users. An enhanced partnership between Verint Systems and Adobe will now aim to support more customised journeys, by combining experience information from the Experience Cloud by Verint, with data from Adobe’s own experience platform.

Verint customers will be able to enhance their digital analytics outcomes in Adobe with Verint’s advanced predictive model, for better customer satisfaction opportunities across every channel. Combining the power of both Adobe and Verint will give today’s organisations unlimited access to customer experience data so that they can better automate the process of creating personalised experiences.

Companies will be able to automate and take action on real-time insights across every level of the business to drive more meaningful outcomes, according to Adobe and Verint. The Head of Insight for RS Components, Andrew Morris, said that over the past five years, his company has seen a massive growth in digital channels. The integration between Adobe and Verint is allowing RS Components to get better insights and greater returns than ever before.

As Morris notes, the company isn’t just reacting to customer behaviour anymore, but proactively predicting and developing opportunities that allow the brand to stay competitive. Adobe Experience cloud is a leader in powering digital businesses with insights and data, content, and personalisation opportunities. In 2019, Adobe Experience Cloud was also named a leader across Five Forrester wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant reports.

At the same time, the Verint Experience cloud is the most comprehensive offering available for omni-channel experience management. This voice of the customer channel delivers insights from a multitude of different customer engagement channels, with access to automated analytics. The Verint solutions system was recognised by Forrester Research for its innovation in VoC technology.
