Customer management solutions provider Comviva has announced new personalised customer experience solutions for communications service providers (CSPs). 

The company offers a platform combining customer engagement, data science and automation capabilities to engage customer across channels with tailored messages. 

Among the new solutions announced are: 

  • The MobiLytix Marketing Studio, which integrates real-time marketing, rewards and an AI workbench 
  • MobiLytix Digital Marketing, which consists of a customer engagement automation platform 
  • An enhanced MobiLytix Rewards, which offers loyalty and rewards programmes for consumers and employees

Comviva framed the launch as part of the telecom industry as a whole’s move towards digital engagement and transformation.

Earlier this year, the company debuted a new digital wallet and payment platform. Mobiquity Pay X integrates with the Mobiquity Pay digital financial services platform and features open APIs to integrate with third party systems.
