UJET has announced CX Intercloud, a multicloud architecture offering automatic failover that switches to a standby server if the primary one fails.

The multicloud architecture enables customers to pre-deploy their UJET instance across multiple cloud platforms, with each cloud instance containing UJET’s three standard availability zones within region and one cross-region. The cloud instances also support cross-cloud operation on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This cross-cloud availability eliminates the risk of service dependency on a single cloud provider and “supports 100% of customer workload”, according to UJET.

Vasili Triant, Chief Operating Officer for UJET, said: “As contact centers continue to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation, they are seeking innovation, security, and reliability from their applications. CX Intercloud represents an evolution in dynamic multicloud capabilities for the contact center market.”

Users of the cross-cloud system are not required to maintain separate account instances or multiple logins, thus making service continuity seamless for customers, agents, admins, and supervisors.

“With this offer, UJET customers can secure levels of redundancy and resiliency that ensure unprecedented uptime and business continuity, even if regional public cloud outages occur more frequently,” added Triant.

Recently, UJET launched an offering for SMBs to make their cloud contact center migration easier.
