Ignite Tech has acquired assets from Bryter CX, the provider of customer journey management solutions.

With the help of AI and machine learning, Bryter CX aims to evolve journey analytics and introduce a new age of “journey intelligence”.

In this new age, CX teams can wave goodbye to siloed information, disconnected data, and friction-filled customer journeys.

BryterCX’s Journey Intelligence is the enabler, using AI to uncover insights that illuminate exciting CX opportunities. User-friendly visualizations bring these to life, alongside alerts that measure and monitor omnichannel experiences in real-time.

In acquiring some of these assets, Ignite Tech subscribers can exploit these capabilities to improve CX across every possible industry.

Excited by this prospect, Eric Vaughan, CEO at Ignite Tech, says:

BryterCX has impressive technology and a passionate customer base, and we couldn’t be happier to bring both into the IgniteTech family.

“We look forward to adding even more energy to BryterCX customers’ success with their existing solution and adding value through the IgniteTech Unlimited program,” adds Vaughan.

The IgniteTech Unlimited program is an innovative proposition within the enterprise technology space. Just as a consumer with a subscription to Netflix has access to a whole host of shows and movies, members of the program have access to all of its software.

Over time, this software library expands, as Ignite Tech invests its profits into acquiring new solutions that come available to all subscribers. Integrations are also available, enabling Ignite Tech partners to enjoy more flexibility and fewer constraints.

The latest addition will delight many Ignite Tech clients, allowing them to raise the bar of CX, elevate customer satisfaction, accelerate revenue.

Delighted to make this a possibility, Rodney Kelley, President of BryterCX, says:

I’m incredibly proud of the achievements our team has made in helping our clients improve their interactions with customers, and I’m confident IgniteTech is the right home for our vision to continue to thrive.

The BryterCX assets will further IgniteTech’s Customer Experience Management solution suite, which already boasts many notable vendors, such as ResponseTek.

Yet, as Ignite Tech’s growth continues to skyrocket, it is unlikely to be long before more prominent CX vendors join its innovative IgniteTech Unlimited program.
