Following a successful launch in 2022, we’re bringing the CX Awards back in 2023 with a handful of new categories that represent the changing customer experience landscape.

In doing so, we strive to explore, celebrate, and recognize some of the remarkable innovation taking place within the space. It’s our chance to highlight those responsible for paving the way to a new era of customer experiences.

Last year, we enjoyed an excellent event experience, which generated massive attention from some of the world’s most innovative CX leaders.

Indeed, we received countless applications and did our part to draw attention to the most innovative brands in the CX space today – as our 2022 Awards Ceremony highlights.

This year, we’re building off the fantastic experiences of our 2022 event while looking forward to the future of CX with new categories and more opportunities to win.

What to Expect from the 2023 CX Awards

The 2023 CX Awards promises to be bigger and better than ever. Indeed, we’ve already begun reaching out to leaders from market-leading analysts and CX firms to aid the judging process.

Once again, we’ll distribute our awards based on the three key criteria of: Ability to Innovate, Ability to Execute, and Ability to Improve Experience.

Our two popular “People” awards will be making a triumphant return in 2023, so technology vendors will once again have an opportunity to apply for both “CX Leader of the Year” and our “Women in CX Technology” awards.

Additionally, we’ve added six new categories to our “Innovator” awards. Here are the options you can apply for:

  • Best CX Solution: The award for the overall best customer experience solution.
  • Most Innovative Product: Designed for vendors implementing visionary solutions, disrupting their field.
  • Best Contact Center Platform: Suited to leaders in the contact center landscape.
  • Best CRM Platform: The award for the top Customer Relationship Management vendor.
  • Best Conversational Analytics Platform: An award for all speech technology vendors capable of showcasing market success, growth, and innovation.
  • Best Workforce Optimisation Platform: Our award for the top technology helping to enhance workforce management and engagement.
  • Best Loyalty Management Platform: An award specifically for vendors who help to improve customer engagement by supporting forward-thinking loyalty programmes.
  • Best Customer Experience Team: Unlike others, this is an award for end-users, celebrating a team that has advanced CX to a high-degree with a well-crafted strategy.
  • Best BPO: An award to recognize the BPOs driving CX excellence beyond only handling customer interactions.
  • Best RPA: The award aims to identify a vendor that is helping to streamline business processes in new ways through Robotic Process Automation.
  • Best ERP Platform: An award suited to Enterprise Resource Management technology vendors.
  • Best BI Tool: Our award that sheds light on Business Intelligence vendors helping to connect the enterprise with customer insight.
  • Best Use of AI: This award is open to all vendors using artificial intelligence in new, innovative ways to enhance customer experiences.

The application form for the CX Awards in 2023 is available to download now, so you can start planning your entries now!

By filling in the form, your company can seize the opportunity to showcase some of its most impressive accomplishments over the last year. Don’t be afraid to show us what makes your brand stand out!

Thankfully, the CX Awards also doesn’t attract the typical costs of most Award ceremonies. There’s a small application fee but no table fees, travel, or accommodation costs to worry about.

Applications will officially open on Friday the 25th of November, and close on Friday the 13th of January, 2023.

The live final will hit the screens of our global audience on Thursday the 16th of February, where we’ll announce our winners for this year’s event.
