The CX Awards Categories for 2024
CX Award categories split into three groups: innovation, people, and transformation.
Judges will assess applicants across each category by evaluating their ability to innovate, ability to execute, and ability to improve experience.
These soon-to-be-announced judges include alums from respected industry researchers – including Gartner, Forrester Research, and IDC – alongside battle-hardened CX leaders.
After they’ve whittled applicants down into finalists, we’ll announce the winners during a grand virtual ceremony – with hundreds of onlookers and thousands catching up after.
