How can I enter the awards?

Please review the categories and judging criteria, then fill out the application form for the award you’re applying for. All entries will go into a central inbox, and you’ll receive a notification from us to confirm we’ve received your submission.

Are these awards free to enter, and can I enter more than one category?

Yes, these awards are free to enter this year, and you are welcome to enter as many categories as you feel align with your achievements over the past year. Please complete a separate application form for each category you wish to enter.

Winners will be announced virtually on the CX Today website, LinkedIn, and X on November 21 at 12 PM EST / 4 PM GMT.

Who are the judges, and what are they looking for?

Our group of judges consists of well-known and respected experts in the UC/CX industry, personally invited by us to participate. For more information on the individual judges and their backgrounds, please visit the judges' page.

For the Leaders Awards, our judging panel will evaluate applicants based on three principal criteria across all categories:

1. Leadership & Influence 
- The candidate’s ability to lead projects or teams effectively within the realm of customer experience. 
- How the candidate has influenced their organization, industry standards, or the broader community through their leadership. 

2. Innovation & Implementation 
- The uniqueness and creativity of the initiatives, technologies, or solutions introduced by the candidate. 
- The successful implementation of these innovations and the measurable impact they have had on their organization or the industry. 

3. Advocacy & Community Engagement 
- The extent of the candidate’s engagement with and contribution to the customer experience community. 
- Demonstrated efforts in advocacy, whether through mentorship, speaking engagements, publications, or other forms of outreach that promote growth and learning within the industry. 

Can I enter more than one category?

Yes! You are free to enter as many categories as you feel are a good match to your achievements over the past year.

Can I duplicate my form for multiple entries, and can I apply from any country?

No, each entry requires a separate form submission. We are truly global, and applications are encouraged from wherever you are based in the world.

What’s the deadline for submitting my entries, and how will I know if I've been shortlisted?

The application deadline is October 11, and the shortlist for all categories will be revealed on November 7 at 11 AM EST / 3 PM GMT.

We strongly encourage you to join the winner announcement event online on LinkedIn, X, and the UC Today website on November 21 at 12 PM EST / 4 PM GMT, where the winners will be revealed, and our community will celebrate the achievements of UC/CX leaders over the last year.

When is the application submission closing date and what happens if I miss the submission deadline?

Application closing date is 11 October 2024. Unfortunately, late submissions cannot be accepted. We recommend submitting your application well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

Will I receive feedback on my submission?

Due to the high volume of entries, we cannot provide individual feedback. However, all participants will be notified whether they have been shortlisted.
