Telecommunications analytics solutions provider Mobileum has announced the acquisition of deep network analytics firm Niometrics. 

Mobileum provides analytics solutions for roaming and network services, security, risk management, and testing and monitoring solutions. It said the acquisition of Niometrics would boost its Active Intelligence platform with new customer discovery, engagement, and experience capabilities. 

Improving the Telecommunications Customer Experience 

The joint solution is aimed at enabling communications service providers opportunities to identify new revenue streams among their customers while improving the overall customer experience.

The Niometrics’ Deep Network Analytics platform offers machine learning in service of providing deeper customer insight and enhanced data privacy control. Features including real-time data analytics and Deep Packet Inspection Technology will now become part of Mobileum’s Active Intelligence offering.

Mobileum said the Singapore-based Niometrics’ 150 employees would join Mobileum, adding to its existing workforce of over 1,800 global employees.
